Improving Gut Health – a workshop on 12/7

I’m back from travel and have found a new excitement to share what I’ve learned about healing myself with everyone. I’ll write more about this very soon, I promise, but I was able to travel to South Korea, take bus transportation every day without motion sickness, and even an extra flight in the span of the tour’s 10 days…and I ate every meal! That was not even a blip on my radar five years ago – travel had always made me ill for days. More on the amazing trip very soon.

Gut health is a big piece of my renewed health and energy. I took this Body and Brain workshop in its 4 hour form a few years ago, and I still use some of the exercises on a daily basis, because it not only helps my digestion, but also my energy levels, mental health and sleep. Master Chun Shim, who I’ve been working with for a number of years, agreed to offer a shortened version online, for people living with MS.
