Wondering what to expect in the class? Classes on Zoom are 30 minutes, and a no judgement zone – including judging yourself! You can do everything in class seated or standing. No equipment is necessary; wear clothing you can move in, have an open mind and get ready to smile.

The benefits can be many – a boost of energy, less fatigue throughout the day, better sleep, a more positive attitude, less spasticity and joint pain and a better awareness of your body, thoughts and energy.

You don’t have to have MS to benefit from classes; anyone is welcome, and each class is usually a mix of people with and without MS.
