Mindful moving to feel your energy and body
No Class Tuesday, November 12, 2024 – instead, join the same time on Thursday, November 14.
I offer a 30 minute class offering easy practices that can help you combat stress, feel more energetic, sleep soundly, and better mentally cope with the daily challenges of life.
Living with multiple sclerosis (MS) can be tough – I know, I have been living with it for over half my life. BUT, I have found ways to feel so much better physically, mentally and energetically and I want to share them with you. Join me in twice weekly Zoom classes – which is my DIY fundraiser for the National MS Society (free if you choose not to donate) and follow my posts to learn more.
About Me
I’m Jen Conway, and I was diagnosed with MS in 1998. I’m a longtime activist for the National MS Society. It took me a long time to get my disease under control, and many disease modifying therapies (DMTs). I finally found relief after attending Body and Brain Qigong style classes, and it worked so well I got my Dahn Master certification from Body and Brain in order to be able to share the practice with you. My goal is to help others with MS find relief from their symptoms and get back their energy and peace within.
Transform Your Mindset
Change is a constant in MS and life. Accepting our body and its ability to change is what life is all about, and when you throw MS into the mix being mindful can really make a big difference. I offer my thoughts about living with MS and being an activist for the National MS Society in the blog.
Zoom Classes
What are classes like? They last 30 minutes and we do some mix of stretching, breathing, tapping, meditating and feeling the energy in your body. We have some fun while we help ourselves. Classes are offered twice a week via Zoom, and all proceeds go to benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Jennifer is a great instructor, very intuitive and in touch with class members. She’s also very educated about MS and the types of exercise that can help each person’s condition and needs. I’m pleased with our class and exercise program she provides.

I have been participating in Jen Conway’s class, Moving MS Mindfully, since August of 2022. When I first started the class, I had chronic swelling in my right ankle. After taking the class, I noticed a significant improvement in ankle swelling. So, if I notice any swelling in that ankle, foot, or calf on days that I don’t have the class, I do some tapping like we do in the class and it’s usually better or gone within a few hours. Thank you, Jen!
